My second pregnancy ?
Just wondering how everyones second pregnancy was ? I have just found out that Im pregnant again and am hoping that the delivery will go better this time round. Last time I pushed hard for nearly 3 hours and the doctor walked in and out and seemed disapproving of how far i was and my baby was not positioned correctly behind what he was supposed to be in front of and otherwise positioned a little wrong.
Also my husband is the one that was telling me when a contraction was coming I had an epideral but they said they turned it off. I still had the effects of it throughout and I needed to get ready to push but the nurses were only saying to push you know push push push harder harder harder yeah easy for them to say.
I know a couple were pretty concerned though and there was one that finally started counting to 10 through the pushes which I know to do now. Needless to say it was a pretty difficult time.
I think that this time should be easier since I know about it however I just wanted to get others opinions of their second childs birth.How it went and if pregnancy and labor was smoother.
second births are generally easier than firstone thing i have learned over the years is most women follow their mothers birth patternsmy mum had me very quickly and easilymy 8 kids were the same.ask your mum how it was for herif u can obviouslyi think you also know what to expect second time so you will be less uptight and more able to cope.practice your breathing it does make a big differance and calms you and baby down.god luck
my second pregnancy was easier than the 1st as i some idea what to expect. the birth was much easier as from the time my waters broke to the time he was born was a little over 3 1/2 hours. it for me went much smoother i felt as though i was in control more and kinda knew what i had to do and when 1st labour nearly 12 hours 2nd 3 1/2 hours and 3rd was 45 mins. good luck im sure youll be fine xx
